We have been in business since December 1999. KVK Investments Limited is a leading asset management firm focused on gold management, trade and monetization, as well as commodities trading. Verne Investments is the General Partner for our group of companies, and together with our affiliates we represent a global, private asset management and trading enterprise. Through our global group of affiliates we engage in the trade of allocated gold bullion, and we monetize gold deposits and support financing through the securitization, proprietary trading and value-partnerships. We work principal to principal only, and we maintain compliance with all regulations (including AML) and industry guidelines, and apply rigorous research, analysis and due diligence procedures.

Our domain experience spans many industries, including commodities and gold bullion, healthcare, medical devices, tourism and hospitality, technology, oil & gas, aviation, and manufacturing. What we do
We are a leading off-market purchaser of large blocks of Allocated Gold Bullion, bar form. We purchase blocks, ideally of minimum size 2,000 KG to 3,000 KG but with situational flexibility. Terms and conditions apply. Bars can be kilobars (1 KG), or twelve and a half kilogram (12.5 KG) bars, and should free and clear. We also accept Heritage Gold (older than 5 years). Ideally, product should liftable. If not, we have SKR programs available. All transactions are Bank to Bank transactions.
We are also a partner of choice to monetize existing gold inventory and reserves. Working with institutions, sovereign funds, global banks and bonded warehouses we facilitate, for ourselves and our partners:​​

Securitization for private placement programs (we can use SKRs from banks or bullion warehouses, POFs, BCS Statements, SBLCs, or otherwise monetize for trade)

Structures can include outright purchase or JV partnerships with gold bullion owners to monetize gold assets with exceptional returns. Minimum is two metric tons (2 MT) but there is no upper limit. Bars can be kilobars (1 KG), or twelve and a half kilogram (12.5 KG) bars, and should free and clear. We also accept Heritage Gold (older than 5 years). All transactions are Bank to Bank transactions.
