We have been in business since December 1999. Verne Investments is the General Partner for a group of companies, and together with our affiliates we represent a global, private asset management enterprise. Through our global group of affiliates we engage in the trade of allocated gold bullion, and we support financing through the securitization, proprietary trading and value-partnerships. We work principal to principal only, and we maintain compliance with all regulations (including AML) and industry guidelines, and apply rigorous research, analysis and due diligence procedures.
Our team possess over 100 years of combined experience and expertise in financing and securitization, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, private equity and venture capital. Our domain experience spans many industries, including commodities and gold bullion, healthcare, medical devices, tourism and hospitality, technology, oil & gas, aviation, and manufacturing. Where appropriate, we partner with experts to create powerful solutions for growth and success. We drive exceptional ROIs for all our partnerships.
What we do
We are a leading off-market purchaser of large blocks of Allocated Gold Bullion, bar form. We purchase blocks of minimum size 2,000 KG to 3,000 KG at no less than spot price. Terms and conditions apply. Bars can be kilobars (1 KG), or twelve and a half kilogram (12.5 KG) bars, and should free and clear. We also accept Heritage Gold (older than 5 years). The product should liftable. All transactions are Bank to Bank transactions.
We are also a partner of choice to monetize existing gold inventory and reserves. We are seeking JV partnerships with gold bullion owners to monetize the assets with exceptional returns. Minimum is five metric tons (5 MT) but there is no upper limit. Bars can be kilobars (1 KG), or twelve and a half kilogram (12.5 KG) bars, and should free and clear. We also accept Heritage Gold (older than 5 years). All transactions are Bank to Bank transactions.
